The best exercise for you is the one you will do! If you have been sedentary for a while, walking or biking can be a great way to start. Regardless of your choice, start with something that will motivate you to move.
Incorporating nutritional balance in our lives should be something we add-in, not things we take away. Instead of thinking about cutting things out, I typically suggest clients add in healthier foods and habits.
